Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical knowledge and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support throughout their visit. This position requires travel between at least two office - Rye, Plaistow and Barrington.
Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform routine clinical tasks, including taking vital signs.
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, scanning documents and making phone calls.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office or clinic environment.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and medication instructions as directed by the healthcare provider.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols within the office.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred but not required. We will train!
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary : $19 - $22
