The Opportunity
Cubix is looking for a motivated, dependable and highly organized Junior Account Manager to join our Jacksonville team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help support and develop customer relationships while ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service and follow-through they expect from Cubix.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn, grow and ultimately build a highly successful career in account management and sales.
SKILLS
We're looking for someone with excellent listening and communication skills, strong organization and time management, attention to detail and exceptional follow-through. You should enjoy working with customers, building professional relationships and managing multiple priorities without allowing things to fall through the cracks.
EXPERIENCE
Ideally, you'll have 1–2 years of experience in a sales, account management or customer-facing environment, with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
We're willing to develop the right person. Attitude, character and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
ATTITUDE
This may be the most important part.
We're looking for a glass-half-full person who naturally goes the extra mile, works well as part of a team, takes ownership and does what they say they're going to do.
Our customers depend on us. Occasionally that may mean staying a little later or visiting a customer site during an evening or weekend when they genuinely need our help. We're looking for someone who takes pride in being the person both customers and teammates know they can count on.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $50,000 annual base salary
- Commission plan beginning after approximately six months
- Realistic future six-figure income opportunity
