THE ROLE
As Pool Player Manager — Junior, you are the operational backbone of Predator's pool athlete program. The person our sponsored players call first, the one who knows their season, their equipment needs, their contract status, and their next tournament.
You work closely with the Sports Director, who leads the overall sponsorship strategy and holds direct relationships with Predator's elite and legend-tier athletes. Your job is to make the program run at the highest level by managing the active roster day to day, ensuring every commitment is honored, and representing Predator's values in every athlete interaction.

- Build trusted, long-term relationships across the full active roster from emerging pros to established competitors
- Manage athlete onboarding when new sponsorships are signed and offboarding when partnerships end
- Understand each athlete's competitive calendar, goals, equipment preferences, communication style, and stay ahead of their needs

- Own the contract tracking process for pool athletes, renewal timelines, deliverables, compliance, and documentation
- Maintain accurate athlete tier records and flag renewal opportunities or risks to the Sports Director well in advance
- Contribute athlete-level insight to tier review discussions, performance data, visibility, and partnership value
Equipment Fulfilment & Operations
- Manage the end-to-end equipment allocation process from athlete entitlement to confirmed delivery
- Coordinate with Predator's supply and warehouse teams to source, pack, and ship athlete kits

- 3 years in athlete management, sports sponsorship, talent relations, or a similar relationship-driven role

- Exceptionally strong communicator managing athletes, internal stakeholders, and partners with equal clarity and warmth
- Highly organized and operationally disciplined with contracts, renewals, equipment shipments, and athlete requests never fall through the cracks

- Experience with CRM or contract management tools is a plus
- Women and candidates from underrepresented backgrounds in the sport are strongly encouraged to apply, Predator is committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the athletes we sponsor
WHAT WE OFFER
A role that matters. The Pool Player Manager — Junior is not a coordinator with a nice title, you are the person who makes Predator's commitment to its athletes real. - The chance to build relationships with some of the best pool players in the world, men and women, across every major tour
- A front-row seat to professional billiards at its highest level, events, athletes, and moments that define the sport
- The best equipment in the game, international exposure, and a team genuinely building something historic
