Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PSA (Personal Support Assistant) for Assisted Living to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents’ health status
- Serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and assist residents during mealtimes
- Administer medications following prescribed protocols while maintaining accurate documentation
- Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas and common spaces
- Follow resident’s rights policies diligently to ensure dignity, privacy, and respect are upheld at all times
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families, healthcare providers, and team members to coordinate care plans
Experience
- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience assisting with ADLs and providing personal care in residential or community settings
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and vital signs monitoring
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork within a caregiving environment

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
