We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide skilled nursing home visits in New Buffalo, Michigan. This field-based position offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct skilled nursing assessments in patient homes
- Provide wound care, medication management, injections, and treatments
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to physician
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Complete accurate electronic documentation
Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN license (in good standing)
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home health preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance & reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment and time-management skills
Part-time, and PRN positions available.
Mileage reimbursement provided.
