What You’ll Do:
As a hourly SCL provider, you’ll work directly with clients to provide care, guidance, and support in achieving their personal goals. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting a client with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks based on their plan of care in thier home!
- Supporting the client in developing life skills and fostering independence.
- Monitoring and documenting client progress and ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages independence, dignity, and respect for all individuals.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals who have a passion for helping others. Ideal candidates will have:
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and complete comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state and company requirements.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred but not required, we provide training).
