Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Resident Assistant, where you will play a vital role in fostering a welcoming, safe, and well-managed residential community.
Duties
Assisting with client needs
Assisting on duty CMA with hourly rounds
Light cleaning duties
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict diplomatically and negotiate effectively
- Office experience including data entry, filing, and administrative support functions
- Knowledge of property maintenance processes and facilities management practices
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person
