Additionally, Community Brain Lab collaborates with a network of professionals to connect families with specialized services, such as speech and vision therapy.
Role Description
As an Educational Therapist at Community Brain Lab, you will provide one-on-one educational interventions and academic support for students with learning differences. Responsibilities include conducting individualized assessments, developing tailored learning plans, and assisting students in overcoming challenges in academic areas such as reading and mathematics. You will collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to each student’s learning journey. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenville, SC.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and students with learning differences, including Dyscalculia
- Knowledge in the fields of Learning Disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with students, families, and professionals
- Ability to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, and NILD educational therapy
- Experience or training in educational therapy
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting diverse learners
