Junior Administrator – Full-Time (Approx. 35 Hours/Week) Communities In Cooperation, Inc.Position Summary: The Junior Administrator provides essential administrative support to multiple programs operating within Communities In Cooperation, Inc. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, data tracking, and program reporting to support successful outcomes and organizational goals. Work Schedule & Location: Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Linden location) Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Roselle location) Approximately 35 hours per week30-minute unpaid lunch
Compensation: $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience
Start Date: December 15
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to multiple programs. Maintain accurate program records and reports. Track data and support outcome reporting. Assist with scheduling, communication, and office tasks. Ensure accuracy and strong attention to detail. Requirements: 1–2 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Experience with Google Forms, strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Some weekends required with advance notice
