Junior Sales Associate

Garden State AGNC is looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as a Junior Sales Associate. This is a full-time role designed to give you real-world experience in retail management and sales — no prior experience required.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming guests and representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Monitor sales performance while supporting efforts to achieve full customer satisfaction
• Actively contribute ideas and insights during team meetings to enhance and improve sales strategies
