Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
EDUCATION: High school graduate.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Four years of clerical experience.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Additional education will substitute for the required experience on a year for year basis.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year for year basis.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
- Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and other members of the community.
- Draft and edit a variety of documents.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks for various attorneys.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Courtnet and other court related platforms is preferred.
- File creation.
- Preparing correspondence.
- Data entry.
- Answering phones.
- Greeting clients as needed.
- Prepare and proofread legal documents for staff attorneys.
- Assisting with other clerical tasks.
