About the Role
This concept is built around the idea that the craft behind the cocktail is as important as the drink itself. We are looking for a Beverage Executive and Mixologist ready to take ownership — someone who will lead the bar program as if it's their own within the restaurant. This is a leadership role that blends creativity, education, operations, and business growth.
You will set the tone and energy of the program, build and train the bar team, collaborate with the craftspeople behind the products, and help shape events and experiences that define the atmosphere of the space.
