Front Desk Agent
Comfort Suites is a small, family-owned business located in Valdosta, GA. We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to provide guests with a comfortable and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon their arrival and guide them through check-in process.
- Answer incoming calls and take messages.
- Take reservations for both our private and public rooms.
- Manage hotel reservations by collecting, organizing, and processing information; verifying information; scheduling reservations; obtaining all necessary authorizations and data.
- Respond to complaints about staff, services, or facilities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulations for alcohol and drugs.
- Maintain clean and orderly front desk area; keep front desk files organized; check out guests who have left their luggage behind.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- One year of customer service experience is preferred. We will train the right candidate!
- Experience working in a hotel environment is strongly preferred. We are located in a hotel, so you will need to be comfortable with dealing with clients and staff.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
