We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, and industrial facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests and residents.
*Duties*
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Adhere to safety guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a friendly manner.
*Experience*
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices in both residential and industrial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
