Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial services, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and coworkers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
