At Comfort Suites Olive Branch – Memphis South, you’ll help create a positive experience from the first greeting to the final goodbye.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Handle check-ins, checkouts, reservations, and payments accurately.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to questions and requests.
- Address concerns professionally and follow through on solutions.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to keep each stay running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records and clear communication between shifts.
- Keep the front desk and lobby welcoming and organized.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hospitality experience, preferably at a hotel front desk.
- A warm personality, strong communication skills, and a guest-first attitude.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized during busy shifts.
- Someone who takes initiative and supports their teammates.
- Availability for morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using the ChoiceAdvantage property management system.
- Familiarity with Choice Hotels brands, standards, and the Choice Privileges program.
- Bilingual communication skills, preferably English and Spanish.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
