Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues related to electrical equipment, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general mechanical components.
- Supervise or assist with small-scale projects , or facilities upgrades while ensuring safety compliance.
- Support the team in maintaining safety standards
- Light cleaning of area's, pool maintinence and cleaning.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and residents alike.
- Experience in Housekeeping or is preferred.
