What you’ll do

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage laundry operations, ensuring all linens and uniforms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with management to address any maintenance issues or special requests from guests.
  • Implement efficient cleaning schedules and processes for optimal productivity.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked and in good condition.
  • Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting best practices in custodial care.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles within a hospitality or commercial setting.
  • Supervisory experience is essential; previous management roles in housekeeping are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Familiarity with laundry operations and commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Experiencia 5 años más de experiencia en funciones de limpieza o conserje dentro de una hospitalidad o entorno comercial. La experiencia de supervisión es esencial; se prefieren funciones de gestión previas en el mantenimiento de la casa.

Comprensión firme de las técnicas de limpieza, equipos y protocolos de seguridad. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo con la capacidad de motivar e inspirar a un equipo. La familiaridad con las operaciones de lavandería y los estándares de limpieza comercial es un plus. Excepcional atención a los detalles con el compromiso de prestar un servicio excepcional.
