Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and account balances
• Check guests in and out efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review
• Ensure the security of guest information and hotel property during overnight hours
• Assist with late-night reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and hospitality regulations
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or guest needs

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in night audit or front desk roles
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately complete audits and reports
• Hospitality management background with experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous
