Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls
- Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and resolving issues to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Perform housekeeping services by making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuum carpets, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and ensuring new toiletries provided by the hotel are placed at appropriate places.
- Carry out a series of cleaning functions when a guest leaves the hotel, such as changing bed sheets and polishing the furniture to keep them looking good for the use of another guest.
- Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality management throughout all guest interactions and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest or customer service preferred
- Strong customer service and computer skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in pressure situations
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including guest relations and hotel experience best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
