Comfort Suites Galloway, NJ is seeking a highly motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team.

Position: Assistant General Manager

Location: Comfort Suites, Galloway, New Jersey
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
Incentives: Additional $10,000 – $30,000 annually based on revenue growth and performance
⏱ Hours: 45–55 hours per week, must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day hotel operations
• Assist in managing staff, scheduling, and training
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping coordination, and maintenance follow-ups
• Maintain brand standards and operational efficiency
• Work closely with General Manager to grow revenue and improve property performance

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hotel experience required
• Choice Hotels experience preferred (Comfort, Quality, Sleep Inn, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
• Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven

Job Type: Contract
