Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with care and accuracy
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and service standards
Qualifications
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience (Hotel Experience) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills; experience with hotel software is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility
