Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
• Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services.
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing using hotel management software.
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue opportunities.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management with previous hotel or resort experience but not necessary will train you.
• Excellent guest relations skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Proficiency in front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management practices.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
