Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, surface disinfection, and detailed cleaning of common areas like lobbies and corridors.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas.
• Follow established protocols for infection control and safety procedures to protect both guests and staff.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard floor maintenance.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning tools safely and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels. Pay: $16.00 - $18.95 per hour
