- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documents are proofread for accuracy.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools.
- Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service support by addressing questions or concerns with patience and clarity.
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to streamline daily operations.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing appointment reminders and client communications.
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and data entry to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a professional setting.
