Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with attention to presentation and quality.
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, fresh, and visually appealing.
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and food stations.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Support catering or banquet events as needed, ensuring timely setup and breakdown of breakfast services.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth and efficient service during busy morning hours.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Experience serving or preparing food in restaurants or catering environments.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work early mornings and stand for extended periods comfortably.
- Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus.
