Summary
As a Room Attendant at Comfort Inn & Suites, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. This position is vital to our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a welcoming and pristine environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed to enhance guest experience.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to management.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
