- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Maintain organized records of guest information and transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Utilize computer systems for managing bookings and processing payments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with phone systems and reservation software.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
