Job Summary

In this lively role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a delicious breakfast buffet, ensuring all food safety standards are met, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including microwaves, toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, buffet stations, and kitchen surfaces through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Close down and clean the dining areas according to hotel standards
- Interact with guests with friendly in-person customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth breakfast service from start to finish
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and/or food handling is highly preferred
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, coffee machines, or warming trays
- Must be able to lift 50lb
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person
