Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone systems and responding to calls with professionalism.
- Prepare reports detailing occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
- Assist with guest services, including providing information about local attractions and amenities.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
