Duties
- Manage the front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct nightly audit procedures utilizing choice advantage or similar hotel management software to ensure accurate financial records and reporting
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly communication and effective problem-solving
- Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests, staff, and vendors efficiently
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures promptly and accurately in response to incidents or safety concerns
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain operational transparency and accountability
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as updating reservations, managing guest accounts, and coordinating special requests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in night audit or front desk roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and proactive approach to guest relations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and hospitality best practices
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Previous resort or hotel experience preferred; familiarity with resort amenities enhances service delivery
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
