Duties

• Operate shuttle vehicles with manual transmission and other specialized trucks such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers.
• Load and unload freight efficiently and securely, adhering to safety protocols.
• Drive assigned routes confidently, ensuring on-time deliveries and pickups across multiple locations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure optimal safety and performance.
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, cargo, and delivery details for each trip.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to promote safe driving practices.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any route issues promptly.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in truck driving or delivery driving roles, with familiarity in route driving environments.
• Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission confidently.
• Experience driving various truck types including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks is preferred.
• Knowledge of freight handling procedures for load & unload operations.
• Certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus.
