Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and comfort
• Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and keep all surfaces pristine
• Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness in public spaces including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by dusting, disinfecting, and organizing
• Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning products
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards during all cleaning activities to promote a secure workplace

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods preferred but not required
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards ensures consistent quality service
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills ensures thorough cleaning within designated schedules
