Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
- Perform nightly audits of front desk transactions, including billing, reservations, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols around the property, and managing access control for staff and visitors.
- Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues related to room accommodations or billing with a positive attitude.
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting nightly activities, incidents, and any maintenance or safety concerns requiring follow-up.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments seamlessly.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, night audit processes, and hotel management software systems.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively.
- Knowledge of resort operations or experience working in a busy hotel environment enhances your ability to adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Experience in guest services roles that emphasize hospitality management, guest relations, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
