The Role:
Our HVAC Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, educating clients on HVAC system performance and maintenance.
- Work efficiently and safely while adhering to all company and industry standards.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when necessary.
- EPA Certification required.
