The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and assisting with the day-to-day operations. Your main responsibility is to ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and helpful assistance throughout their experience with us. Our priority is the customer by ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
• Provide customers with accurate information on services and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure smooth communication between the customer and service technicians.
• Maintain customer records, update service history, and track job progress in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely arrival and service completion.
• Handle customer complaints or issues, following company procedures to resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist with general office duties such as data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Keep customers informed of any delays, cancellations, or updates regarding their service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.

What You'll Need:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, energetic and professional phone demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
