Comer & Cross is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing installation team. We specialize in high-performance concrete coating systems, including polyurea, polyaspartic, epoxy, and decorative flake floors for residential and commercial customers.
No concrete coating experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on work, and want to build a long-term career, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding and crack repair
* Install concrete coating systems, including flake floors
* Operate hand and power tools
* Load and unload materials and equipment
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
* Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
What We’re Looking For
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50 lbs
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Construction or flooring experience is a plus, but not required
