Comer & Cross is one of the fastest-growing concrete floor coating companies in the country, and we're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead multiple East Coast markets.
You'll oversee operations throughout:
- New Jersey
- Philadelphia
- Washington, DC / Baltimore
- Boston
...with additional expansion already planned.

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop multiple sales teams across the East Coast region
- Coach representatives through ride-alongs and one-on-one field training
- Onboard and develop new sales professionals
- Drive accountability through performance coaching and leadership
- Improve sales performance, team culture, and customer experience
- Support the launch and growth of new markets
- Partner directly with ownership and executive leadership on regional strategy and growth initiatives

Experience in home improvement, roofing, windows, flooring, remodeling, HVAC, solar, or similar industries is highly preferred.
