* onboarding and developing top-performing sales professionals
* Coaching representatives through ride-alongs and one-on-one field training
* Leading managers and sales teams across multiple East Coast markets
* Driving revenue growth through leadership, accountability, and coaching
* Building new markets while strengthening existing ones
* Working directly alongside executive leadership to shape future expansion
* Creating a winning culture that people genuinely want to be part of

First-year earnings typically range from $120,000-$150,000, with experienced leaders earning $200,000 as their region continues to grow.
This isn’t a capped opportunity.
