Job Summary
The Coat Goat is looking for an experienced Concrete Coating Installer to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated, dependable professional and MUST have at least 6 months of hands-on concrete coating experience that is professional and communicative! This person must take pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 MONTHS of concrete coating experience
- Experience with:
- Concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Polyurea, epoxy, and or polyaspartic coating systems
- Full-flake broadcast applications
- Crack repair and concrete patching
- Must own a reliable truck
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in Florida weather conditions
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating planetary grinders and related equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Customer service mindset and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding and repairs
- Install high-quality garage, patio, pool deck, and commercial coating systems
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
- Pull company trailers safely to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Represent The Coat Goat professionally with customers
