Job SummaryResponsible for scheduling conference rooms for meetings and events within the main campus conference center.
Key Responsibilities:* Oversee daily operations of conference facilities, coordinating with A/V technicians, catering teams, and environmental services to ensure seamless execution.* Generate and distribute daily and weekly event reports to internal staff and support departments, with special attention to VIP and large-scale events requiring elevated coordination.
Required Skills & Experience* 3 years of proven experience collaborating with A/V teams, facilities management, and catering services during event planning and execution.* Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and responsive approach.Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail and time management.* Capable of handling high-volume requests via phone, email, and electronic forms, while meeting tight deadlines.* Proficient in using PCs and Microsoft 365 applications.
Preferred Skills & Experience* Familiarity with event planning software platforms.
Education: * High School Diploma or equivalent
