What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Partnership Development to lead the growth and diversification of external partnerships across our portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying, securing, and scaling high-impact relationships that enhance our campaigns, expand brand and social media reach, and create long-term value. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in partnership development, media and brand deal-making, and relationship management across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy across brand collaborations, talent/celebrity relationships, and charitable organizations.
- Source and secure diversified prize packages including TV, print and digital medias
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with leading brands, including Fortune 500 companies, to drive mutual value and audience growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies, celebrity management teams, and public figures to support campaign initiatives.
- Establish and grow relationships with nonprofit and charitable organizations aligned with company initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end deal execution, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing partner management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, experiences, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, media sales/buying, licensing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, high-value partnerships with established brands and organizations.
- Experience working with or negotiating on behalf of major brands, agencies, or media companies.
- Strong network across brand, media, talent, and/or non profit sectors is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly strategic thinker with a hands on, execution oriented approach.
