Role Description
This is a full-time role for a salesperson out of our offices in Sandy, UT. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, meeting with clients in their place of business to discuss their insurance needs, and presenting appropriate product solutions. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include participating in training sessions, staying up-to-date with product knowledge, and collaborating with team members to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, Pipeline Management and Negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets, work under pressure, self motivated
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant licenses in insurance are a plus, but not required. We provide online coursework to get your license. State fees and test fees are the responsibility
