- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members effectively
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to meet and exceed targets while leading a team
- Experience in Training and developing sales staff to enhance team performance and provide mentorship
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities to manage sales activities and strategies effectively
