Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Englewood, CO, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for sales and business growth, and providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role includes developing strategic business plans, delivering presentations, leading enrollment processes, and ensuring the effective implementation of benefit programs. The Account Executive will work collaboratively with team members to drive revenue growth while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including establishing client relationships and identifying market opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effectively delivering information to clients and stakeholders
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and tailoring solutions to client needs
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other relevant technical tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the insurance or benefits industry is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
