Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our team in Chattanooga, TN, in an on-site capacity. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and training a team of sales agents to deliver results. Day-to-day activities include recruiting and onboarding new sales consultants, driving sales growth, assisting with client-focused presentations, and maintaining strong working relationships with business stakeholders. The role requires a focus on meeting sales goals, mentoring team members, and providing top-tier service to clients.
