Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Denver, CO, with the flexibility to work partially from home. As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their benefits programs meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing accounts, providing support during benefits enrollment, delivering educational presentations, and addressing client inquiries. You will also collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and identify opportunities for expanding relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications
- Strong account management, relationship building, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in coordinating and executing enrollment processes and benefit education sessions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital tools; familiarity with benefits administration platforms is a plus
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in benefits, insurance, or financial services is highly desirable
