Role Description
This full-time hybrid position as an Area Development Manager is based in Murfreesboro, TN, with the flexibility for some work-from-home options. Responsibilities include managing and developing client accounts, driving sales growth within the designated region, recruiting and training a network of sales representatives, and establishing strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers. The Area Development Manager is also responsible for creating strategies to achieve sales targets, ensuring exceptional client service, and leading efforts to build and manage successful teams.
