Role Description
The Agency Development Manager role is a contract position based on-site in Las Cruces, NM. This role involves overseeing and managing district operations, recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents to ensure they achieve sales and performance goals. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and representing the company at industry and networking events. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives and maintain exceptional client service standards. Also be compliance with his/her personal sles goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with experience in team management and goal setting
- Proficiency in recruitment, training, and talent development strategies
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and client management skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in using technology and tools to support sales and administration
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered
- Life & Health Insurance Licence of NM preferred.
