Responsibilities
- Daily Prospecting & Outreach
- Complete high-volume outbound calls to hot leads, cold leads, win-backs, and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain consistent call activity to meet or exceed daily expectations
- Lead Generation
- Generate a minimum of 7 qualified household leads per day
- Identify customer needs and create interest in insurance products (home, auto, life, and business)
- Client Engagement
- Build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone
- Clearly communicate value propositions and differentiate MAS Insurance services
- Appointment Setting
- Schedule appointments or warm transfers for licensed agents
- Ensure all leads are properly qualified before handoff
- Pipeline Management
- Accurately document all activities, notes, and outcomes in CRM system
- Follow up on pending prospects and nurture opportunities
- Cross-Selling & Win-Back Campaigns
- Re-engage former clients and identify opportunities to bring them back
- Cross-sell additional products to existing clients to increase household coverage
- Performance Accountability
- Meet or exceed KPIs including:
- Daily calls/dials
- Leads generated
- Appointments set
- Conversion ratios
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high call volume and handling objections
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly
- Prior telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred (but not required)
Salary : $15 - $20
